Pula, the largest city and cultural center of Istria, is located on the southwestern coast of the peninsula. This beautiful city is full of rich history, spectacular architecture and wonderful natural beauty, which makes it an ideal destination for vacations.

Pula is best known for its well-preserved Roman amphitheatre, known as the Arena, which is one of the largest and best-preserved Roman amphitheatres in the world. This impressive monument from the 1st century AD. today it hosts numerous cultural events, including concerts, theater performances and film festivals.

In addition to the Arena, Pula also offers many other sights that testify to the city's rich history. There is also the Forum, the central square in the old part of the city, surrounded by ancient temples and palaces. Then there is the Sergius Arch, one of the most famous Roman monuments in Croatia, which dates back to the 1st century BC.

Apartment 2

We spent 8 days at Petra's in apartment 2 and just came back 2 days ago. Today we sent off an enquiry to come back next year! Petra and her mum are very supportive and helpful hosts and the apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Some of Pula's best beaches are very near and with a car you can take great trips to nearby beaches and attractions. A huge shopping mall is about 3 minutes walk away with restaurants, shops and all that you need. So you have all the fun of a seaside holiday plus all your shopping and supermarket needs on the doorstep. The beds are very comfortable, great kitchen and good Internet. We came with our four kids and had a really great time. Highly recommended - Pula is amazing and this apartment is the perfect location to explore all that this beautiful place has to offer.

Wonderful apartment in a great location - a few steps from the sea. Equipped with everything you need and even more. Huge terrace, additional storage space for beach equipment (SUP), parking space. Very hospitable owners. I highly recommend it.
